...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN PISCATAQUIS COUNTY
THROUGH 230 PM EDT...

At 140 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Frenchtown to Greenville to 11 miles
northwest of Blanchard. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Dover-Foxcroft, Dexter, Greenville, Guilford, Brownville Junction,
Milo, Monson, Blanchard, White Cap Mountain, Ebeemee, Kingsbury
Plantation, Kokadjo, Elliottsville, Frenchtown, Sangerville,
Brownville, Parkman, Abbot, Sebec, and Wellington.

This includes State Highway 11 between Brownville and Brownville
Junction.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
