Areas of dense fog, especially near river valleys, will reduce visibility to one half mile or less early this morning. Conditions will begin to improve as the sun continues to rise, with fog likely clearing by mid morning. Be prepared for sudden reductions in visibilities. Slow down, use low beam headlights and leave plenty of space between you and the car ahead of you. $$
