            CHTS1 Minor Coastal Flooding: A maximum tide level of
            7.31 ft MLLW (1.54 ft MHHW) was observed at the
            Charleston Harbor tide gage this morning. Shallow
            Coastal Flooding typically begins along the coasts of
            Charleston and Colleton counties when tide levels reach
            7.0 ft MLLW (1.23 ft MHHW) in the Charleston Harbor.
