            Hilton Head Shore Beach Service observed a
            waterspout off the south end of Hilton Head
            Island. Video was relayed via Hilton Head
            Emergency Management. Note, this LSR is an
            update to the one issued at 1017 AM Sept 15
            and adjusts the location and time of the
            waterspout based on additional information.
