...THUNDERSTORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS APPROACHING CHARLESTON HARBOR...

The areas affected include...
Charleston Harbor...

* At 1109 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong
  thunderstorms were located along a line from 8 NM north of Wappoo
  Cut to 6 NM west of Stono Inshore Reef, moving east at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Castle Pinkney, Crab Bank, Wappoo Cut and Charleston Harbor
  Entrance.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
