  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located over Rattlesnake Shoal, moving southeast
  at 5 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Rattlesnake Shoal, Capers Island Buoy, Charleston Nearshore Reef,
  Charleston Coastal Anglers and Air Force Reef.
