Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM...

* At 703 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located 7 NM northwest of Hilton Head Reef,
  moving northeast at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Beaufort 45 Feet Reef, General Gordon, Fripp Island Wreck, Fripp
  Island Reef, Betsy Ross Reef, Hunting Island Reef, Fripp Inlet
  Buoy, Port Royal Sound, Fish America, Hilton Head Reef, Gaskins
  Bank Wreck, Gaskin Banks and Whitewater Reef.
