Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA from 20 to 60 NM...

* At 1201 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located 14 NM northeast of R2 Tower, moving
  southeast at 10 knots. Waterspouts possible within thunderstorms.

Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters of Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA
  from 20 to 60 NM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
