...THUNDERSTORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS NEAR TUG RIO APON...

The areas affected include...
  Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM...

* At 129 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong
  thunderstorms were located along a line from near Tug Rio Apon to
  over Sapelo Buoy S, moving east at 40 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Buoy J, Ferry Boat Janet, Tug Elmira, Buoy Tender Sagebrush, Honey
  Barge, Tug Rio Apon, Sapelo Buoy S, Steel Barge Modena and K T K
  Buoy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office.
