Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including
Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* At 733 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located near Doboy Sound Buoy D, moving south at
  15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Doboy Sound Buoy D, A L T Buoy, Altamaha Sound, D R H Buoy, John
  Bird, Tug Rio Caroni and Grays Reef Buoy.
