...LAKE WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM MONDAY TO 4 AM EST
TUESDAY ON LAKE MOULTRIE...

* WHAT...For the Lake Wind Advisory on Lake Moultrie, west winds 20
  to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots and waves 2 to 3 feet
  expected. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures
  ranging from the mid to upper 20s inland to around freezing just
  inland from the beaches.

* WHERE...Inland Berkeley County.

* WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 5 PM Monday to 4 AM EST
  Tuesday. For the Freeze Warning, from 9 PM Monday to 9 AM EST
  Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will
  create hazardous conditions for small craft. Frost and freeze
  conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and
  possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blustery west to northwest winds will also
  push wind chill values into the upper teens to lower 20s inland to
  the mid to upper 20s at the beaches early Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters on Lake Moultrie should use extra caution since strong winds
and rough waves can overturn small craft.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.

  inland to around freezing just inland from the beaches.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina.

* WHEN...From 9 PM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blustery west to northwest winds will also
