For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures ranging from the mid to upper 20s inland to around freezing just inland from the beaches. * WHERE...Inland Berkeley County. * WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 5 PM Monday to 4 AM EST Tuesday. For the Freeze Warning, from 9 PM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blustery west to northwest winds will also push wind chill values into the upper teens to lower 20s inland to the mid to upper 20s at the beaches early Tuesday morning.
