...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
8 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures ranging
  from the mid to upper 20s inland to around freezing just inland
  from the beaches. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind
  chills ranging from the upper teens to lower 20s inland.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM EST Tuesday. For the
  Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 8 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.

* WHAT...For the Lake Wind Advisory on Lake Moultrie, west-northwest
  winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots and waves 2 to 3
  feet expected. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures
  ranging from the mid to upper 20s.

* WHERE...Inland Berkeley County.

* WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, until 4 AM EST Tuesday. For the
  Freeze Warning, until 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will
  create hazardous conditions for small craft. Frost and freeze
  conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and
  possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters on Lake Moultrie should use extra caution since strong winds
and rough waves can overturn small craft.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
