From the Charleston Harbor Pilot Boat at Buoy 2, the wind was
north northeast at 8 to 10 knots. Seas were 3 feet with a
southeast swell.

From the Savannah Pilot Boat between Buoy Alpha and Bravo, the
wind was northeast at 10 knots. Seas were 2 to 3 feet.
