* Until 515 AM EDT.

* At 312 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 NM northwest of
  Edisto Buoy, moving northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Edisto Buoy, Y-73 Reef, Capers Mid Shelf, Comanche Reef, Jimmy
  Leland Tug, Doug Mellichamp Reef, Hector Reef and Cape Romain Reef.
