  Charleston Harbor...
  Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20
  nm...
  Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from
  20 nm to 40 nm...

* Until 215 PM EDT.

* At 1243 PM EDT, a shower capable of producing waterspouts was
  located near Kiawah Reef, or 10 nm east of N. Edisto Nearshore
  Reef, moving north at 25 knots. Additional showers with gusty
  winds were also occurring near Buoy 41004.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small
           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
