.DISCUSSION...
Low pressure will cross the southern Great Lakes tonight, dragging
a strong cold front through the area by Tuesday morning. This low
will slowly move across upstate New York Tuesday afternoon and
evolve into a coastal low by Wednesday and Thursday as high pressure
builds across the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley.
Fairly widespread showers and thunderstorms will bring wetting rains
this evening and tonight. Scattered, lingering showers will impact NE
Ohio and NW Pennsylvania Tuesday into Wednesday.
