The areas affected include...
  Nearshore and Open Waters from Avon Point to Ripley NY...

At 240 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms, capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 11
nm northwest of Ashtabula, moving east at 30 knots. There will be a
chance of waterspouts with thunderstorms today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
