...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 4 AM
EST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 25
  knots with gusts up to 35 knots and waves 6 to 9 feet. For the
  Gale Warning, southwest gales to 35 knots with gusts up to 40
  knots and waves 4 to 7 feet expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Avon Point OH
  to Ripley NY.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM EST this
  evening. For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 4 AM
  EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

  Buffalo NY.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could

* WHAT...For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water
  levels. For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25
  knots and waves 2 to 5 feet.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from The Islands to
  Vermilion OH.

* WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 7 AM EST Wednesday.
  For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
  normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots will cause
  water levels to drop below the critical mark for safe navigation
  which is currently 5 inches below low water datum. The water
  level is forecast to fall below the critical mark this evening
  and eventually fall to around 18 inches below low water datum
  tonight.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
