...LOW WATER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, southwest to west winds 25 to 35
  knots with gusts up to 40 knots and waves 4 to 7 feet. For the
  Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Reno Beach to
  Vermilion OH, and the open waters of Lake Erie from Reno Beach
  to Vermilion OH.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 PM EST this evening. For
  the Low Water Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
  water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 2:36 PM EST, the water level at Toledo
  was 32.1 inches below low water datum. The critical mark for
  safe navigation is 5 inches below low water datum. An overall
  rise in water levels is expected the rest of today. Water
  levels should rebound to above the critical mark by this late
  evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.

  levels. For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 25
  knots and waves 1 to 4 feet.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
  Reno Beach OH.

* WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 10 PM EST this
  evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
  normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 2:36 PM EST, the water level at Toledo
