* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25
  knots, veering to southwest, with gusts up to 35 knots and
  waves 1 to 4 feet expected. For the Low Water Advisory,
  abnormally low water levels expected. For the Gale Warning,
  southwest winds 25 to 35 knots with gusts up to 40 knots and
  waves 3 to 6 feet expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Reno Beach to
  Vermilion OH.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to
  4 AM EST Sunday. For the Low Water Advisory, from 3 AM to 10
  PM EST Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 AM to 4 PM EST
  Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
  water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 2:36 PM EST Saturday, the water level
  at Toledo was 22.1 inches above low water datum. The critical
  mark for safe navigation is 5 inches below low water datum.
  Water levels in the western basin of Lake Erie are expected to
  fall below the critical mark for safe navigation between 3 AM
  and 7 AM Sunday and then rebound to above the critical mark
  during Sunday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
