Water levels will remain low through Thursday night. The critical mark for safe navigation is five inches below low water datum. Water levels for the western basin are expected to drop to several feet below low water datum on Wednesday and Thursday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the vessel for hazardous conditions.
