...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST EARLY
THIS MORNING...
...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25
  knots with gusts up to 35 knots and waves 2 to 5 feet. For the
  Gale Warning, southwest winds 25 to 35 knots with gusts up to 40
  knots and waves 6 to 11 feet expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Reno Beach OH
  to Ripley NY.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 AM EST early this
  morning. For the Gale Warning, until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In the western basin of Lake Erie, water
  levels should drop to near 6 inches below low water datum late
  Wednesday morning into the early afternoon due to a seiche. The
  critical mark for safe navigation is 8 inches below low water
  datum. A Low Water Advisory may be needed.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

  Reno Beach OH.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In the western basin of Lake Erie, water
  levels should drop to near 6 inches below low water datum late
  Wednesday morning into the early afternoon due to a seiche. The
  critical mark for safe navigation is 8 inches below low water
  datum. A Low Water Advisory may be needed.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
