* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 35 will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...In Ohio, Ashtabula Inland, Trumbull and Mahoning
  Counties. In Pennsylvania, Southern Erie and Crawford Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Frost Advisory is issued when frost is expected during the
growing season. Those with agricultural interests are advised to
harvest or protect tender vegetation. Potted plants outdoors
should be covered or brought inside.
