* At 328 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 nm northwest of Lorain Harbor to near Huron,
  moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Western Vermilion, Huron, Avon Point, Cleveland, Lorain Harbor, and
  Vermilion.
