* At 451 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 24 nm west of Geneva-On-The-Lake to 7 nm northwest
  of Fairport Harbor to near Willowick, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Geneva-On-The-Lake, Fairport Harbor, Ashtabula, and Conneaut.
