* Special Marine Warning for...
  Nearshore waters from the Islands OH to Conneaut OH...
  Open waters from The Islands OH to Conneaut OH...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 758 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Ashtabula
  to 20 nm northeast of Kelleys Island, moving southeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Western Vermilion, Geneva-On-The-Lake, Avon Point, Willowick,
  Fairport Harbor, Ashtabula, Lorain Harbor, Vermilion, and
  Cleveland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
