  Nearshore and Open waters from Vermilion OH to Conneaut OH...

* Until 1115 AM EDT.

* At 945 AM EDT, showers producing waterspouts were located along a
  line extending from near Conneaut to 13 nm north of Avon Point,
  moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small
           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Geneva-On-The-Lake.
