.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for the bays and nearshore waters
through 6 AM today. A cold front is forecast to push through the
area this afternoon, bringing another wave of fresh to strong
northerly flow in its wake through Friday morning. This will result
in Small Craft Advisory this afternoon through late tonight. Winds
are forecast to weaken to gentle to moderate heading into the
weekend, with the wind direction varying. Rain chances today will
increase to medium to high, 60-90% through Friday night. Low to
medium chances linger through Saturday evening.
