1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Areas of dense fog with visibility of less than 1 nautical mile
have developed over the bays and along the immediate coastline of
the Middle Texas Coast. A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect through
8 AM this morning. Expect a gentle to moderate breeze across the
coastal waters ahead a cold front today. Winds are forecast to
shift offshore and strengthen to strong to near gale levels in the
wake of the front tonight with Small Craft Advisory conditions
lingering through Monday afternoon. Northerly winds will gradually
shift southeast and southerly mid-week becoming gentle to
moderate once again. There is a potential for patchy fog along the
bays and nearshore waters this morning.
