.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A cold front will push across the waters early this morning,
causing a fresh to strong northeasterly breeze (BF 5-6) in its
wake with near Gale gusts (BF-7) through midnight tonight. Small
Craft Advisories are in effect. East to northeasterly winds
diminish to moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) Thursday through Thursday
night, before restrengthening out of the southeast Friday, causing
a fresh to strong breeze to persist through Saturday night.
Another cold front is expected to pass through Sunday, leading to
fresh north to northeasterly winds into early next week.
