.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

With the cold front now offshore, fresh to strong northerly flow
has followed in its wake and will last through Friday morning.
Small Craft Advisory conditions will persist through tomorrow
morning (Friday). Winds are forecast to weaken to gentle to
moderate heading into the weekend, with the wind direction
varying. Rain chances today will increase to medium to high,
60-90% through Friday night. Low to medium chances linger through
Saturday evening.
