Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. Areas of dense fog with visibility of less than 1 nautical mile have developed over the bays and along the immediate coastline of the Middle Texas Coast. A Dense Fog Advisory has been extended through Noon. Expect a gentle to moderate breeze across the coastal waters ahead a cold front today. Winds are forecast to shift offshore and strengthen to strong to near gale levels in the wake of the front tonight with Small Craft Advisory conditions lingering through Monday afternoon.
