.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A fresh to strong breeze (BF 5-6) will continue through Tuesday before
weakening to a gentle breeze (BF 3) Tuesday night. Winds are
expected to strengthen back to a fresh breeze by late this week.
Medium to high (65-90%) rain chances will remain in the forecast
over the Gulf waters through Monday night before rain chances
quickly taper off Tuesday. Medium to high rain chance (60-90%)
will return mid- week and continue through the end of the work
week.
