...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy rainfall from a slow moving storm system will bring
  rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with isolated amounts near 4
  inches across the northeast Coastal Bend.

* WHERE...A portion of south Texas, including the following areas,
  Aransas Islands, Bee, Calhoun Islands, Coastal Aransas, Coastal
  Refugio and Inland Refugio.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy rainfall from a slow moving storm system will
  continue across the Victoria Crossroads area. Additional amounts
  of 1 to 3 inches with isolated amounts near 4 inches will be
  possible.  This is on top of the 5 to 7 inches that has already
  fallen over much of the area. Soils are saturated and thus the
  threat of flash flooding will continue.

* WHERE...A portion of south Texas, including the following areas,
  Coastal Calhoun, Goliad, Inland Calhoun and Victoria.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
