...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Rio Grande At Laredo affecting Webb County.

For the Rio Grande...including Laredo...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING TO EARLY
THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rio Grande at Laredo.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning to early Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 2.1 feet (0.6 meters).
  - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet (2.1 meters).
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 8.1 feet (2.5 meters) tomorrow
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet (2.4 meters).
