...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Guadalupe River Near Bloomington affecting Victoria, Calhoun and
  Refugio Counties.

For the Guadalupe River...including Victoria, Bloomington...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Guadalupe River near Bloomington.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding occurs, with the
  river reaching well into the flood plain. Any oil tank batteries,
  pump jacks, and secondary roads near the river may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:00 PM CDT Sunday was 22.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 22.3 feet tomorrow morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday morning to
    17.4 feet and begin rising again early Thursday morning. It
    will rise to 18.5 feet early Friday morning. It will then
    fall again and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
