Light easterly winds this morning will shift to the southeast
around 11 am to noon and strengthen to 10 to 15 mph with
occasional gusts to 15 to 20 mph. Winds will weaken to around 5
mph and become easterly again around 9-10 pm tonight. Chances for
rain today through Wednesday will be near 0%. Relative humidity
values will drop to a minimum of 40-43% this afternoon before
increasing to over 50% by 7 pm, 80% by 10 pm and finally peaking
at above 90% after midnight.
