.DISCUSSION...

Winds today will be northeasterly at 10-20 mph with gusts as high
as 25 mph. Because of this wind, water conditions will be slightly
choppy to occasionally choppy, though being closer to the
coastline will diminish the choppy conditions. Temperatures will
generally climb into the mid 80s this afternoon. While the rain
threat will be low near sunrise, chances for rain/storms increase
after late morning, with brief heavy downpours and the strongest
storms capable of producing 30-40 mph erratic gusts. Rain chances
will remain through the area into the nighttime.
