  San Antonio, Mesquite, and Espiritu Santo Bays...

At 458 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front, capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots. This gust front was located along
a line extending from 11 nm southwest of Matagorda Island 607 to 22
nm north of Portland to 45 nm northwest of Corpus Christi North
Beach, moving southwest at 15 knots.
