Winds and seas have dropped below advisory levels. Therefore, the
Small Craft Advisory was allowed to expire. However, mariners
should use caution as winds are 15 to 20 knots and seas are
running around 6 feet, mainly across the offshore waters. These
conditions will continue to improve through the afternoon.
