Due to increased cloud cover, low temperatures across the coastal
portions of the Coastal Bend are expected to generally remain above
freezing. However, some spots could still see temperatures briefly

  Nueces, Inland Refugio, Inland San Patricio, Jim Wells, La Salle,
  Live Oak, McMullen, Victoria, and Webb Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
