...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the San Antonio
River...

For the San Antonio River at Goliad.
* At 7:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
* Caution stage is 15.0 feet.
* Forecast:  The San Antonio River at Goliad crested early Tuesday
  morning in caution stage and is now receding below bankfull. River
  levels are expected to fall below caution stage late tonight into
  early Wednesday morning.

cable TV outlets, for the latest weather information, as additional
rainfall could affect crest forecasts.
