Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A several hour period of moderate to heavy rainfall and possible embedded thunderstorms this morning could produce widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches in the Watch area with local amounts exceeding 3 inches.
