...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  counties, Cumberland, Juniata, Perry, Snyder and Union.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain rates exceeding 1
    inch per hour are likely this afternoon and evening within an
    extremely moist environment for mid June. Storms may repeat
    or train over the same areas in complex terrain where recent
    rainfall has resulted in very high soil sensitivity. Rainfall
    amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible over a short duration
    with localized maximum amounts up to 5 inches.
