...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  counties, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon and
  Somerset.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are expected late this
    afternoon and evening. Places that have received rain this
    morning will be most susceptible to flooding.
