Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Columbia, Montour,
Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Northumberland, Potter, Snyder,
Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga and Union.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
