...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 2 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of central Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cameron,
Clearfield, Elk, McKean, Northern Centre, Northern Clinton, Northern
Lycoming, Potter, Somerset, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton,
Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, Union and Warren.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Widespread heavy rain has moved
out of the area. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 2 AM EDT
early this morning.
