Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain rates exceeding 1 inch per hour are likely this afternoon and evening within an extremely moist environment for mid June. Storms may repeat or train over the same areas in complex terrain where recent rainfall has resulted in very high soil sensitivity.
