.DISCUSSION...
Patchy valley fog across northern PA will mix out after daybreak. A
band of rain showers moving across Lake Erie will likely impact
the northwest Alleghenies/ANF region later this morning.
Additional isolated to scattered showers/t-storm are possible
mainly across the northwestern half of central PA through
the afternoon. Rain should be focused more over the southern part
of the forecast area on Thursday with some locally heavy
downpours and thunderstorms possible near the MD line. Following a
break in the precip on Friday, the weekend continues to look
rather unsettled, though considerable uncertainty remains in the
extent and location of showers and storms.
