.DISCUSSION...
Our lengthy run of dry and mild weather continues into early
November before coming to an end by late next week. Expect light
wind to turn to the south this afternoon. Minimum RH values will
be in the 30s and lower 40s. The lowest values will be in the ANF
and Moshannon, Susquehannock, and Elk State Forests.
The dewpoints will rise slightly for Monday, keeping RHs above 40
percent everywhere with the Tiadaghton Forest staying in the 50-55
percent range.
