.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions with mostly clear skies under the influence of
high pressure are expected through Friday, with increasing chances
for rainfall across central Pennsylvania this weekend. Frost and
freeze conditions are expected across much of the area Thursday
night into Friday morning.
Winds will generally remain light through Friday, with sustained
winds generally below 10 mph with any gusts below 20 mph. Minimum
relative humidity values in this timeframe will generally be in
the 30-40% range, with higher relative humidity values across the
board this weekend and into early next week.
