.DISCUSSION...
Fall-like weather with daytime temperatures averaging 7 to
10 degrees below normal, and overnight lows displaying an
even greater departure from values typical of late August,
will occur today through Sunday.
A cold front over Northwestern PA early this morning will
push southeast across Central and Eastern portions of the
state today, accompanied by isolated and brief showers this
morning. Otherwise, the next several days will be rain-free.
Winds today will be from the northwest at 8-12 MPH.
Otherwise, the wind will be less than 10 MPH over the
upcoming weekend, with much of the time less than 5 MPH
through the entire next 7 days.
Relative humidity levels will fall below 40 percent during the
afternoon hours each day through next Tuesday. Between Bradford
and State College will be driest area with some values falling
to around 30 percent.
