.DISCUSSION...
A stretch of Fall-like weather with conditions more typical of
late September will close out the month of August across
Pennsylvania. High and low temperatures will be 5 to 15 degrees
below the historical average for the last week of August.
Most of the time it will be dry out, aside from Thursday night
and Friday. A cold front will bring a chance for rain on Thursday
night into Friday, mainly across the northwest mountains. Breezy
conditions will prevail at times, mainly Friday into Saturday.
Relative humidity levels will fall below 40 percent during the
afternoon hours each day from through next Tuesday.
